what a delightful letdown. I was given a room with twin beds instead of the king I 'deserved', and one of the beds was stained! the front desk refused to give me change, insisting on rounding up my bill—how very generous of them. oh, almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't. poor service | dingy room
